Body Master Transition will follow QAMT Mass January 21, 2007. There will be a transition ceremony, installation of officers, and a reception. Everyone is invited.

Temple Stewards (Melissa)

Melissa is looking for people who would be willing to become Temple Stewards.  These people would be trained on how to handle the mass equipment and what is needed to facilitate a mass day.  The only requirement is that one be a member of the Horizon community (show up regularly to mass).  When we are in our 24/7 space, this role will be crucial. 

Mass Schedule (Melissa)

 A vote was held to determine whether masses should be moved to 6pm as of February (setup at 4pm), and the vote was yes to moving the time to 6pm.

Newsletter (Autumn)

New publications and submission deadline dates

Submission deadline – 12/31/06

Publication date – 3/21/07

Jon will request permission from individual submitters to allow him to resend newsletter submissions to other publications for republishing.

Please sign up early for Yule Feast potluck

The next few classes will be Thelemic discussions.  February’s class will be taught by Brandy on Women in Thelema.  Please submit any ideas you have for classes that you would like to learn about or teach.

Baptisms and Confirmations will be held in April.  If you are interested in being Baptized or Confirmed, please talk to Melissa before 4/22.

Also needed is someone with sewing skills to complete a new altar cloth and other items for mass.  If you are able to help, please talk to Melissa.
