Below is the schedule of fees for initiations at Horizon. You may PayPal the fee to horizon@seattle-oto.org (with a note to describe the purpose of the payment) or using the button on this page, or you may pay the Treasurer directly with cash or (if you are an initiate member in good standing) a personal check.
The initiation fee must be paid before the initiation can take place, though you may pay the fee at any point leading up to the initiation.
